1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access wholesale pricing and place orders on kwinsindia.com, you must register and maintain an active B2B Dealer Account:

• Commercial Eligibility: Account registration is restricted to legally recognized business entities, electrical retailers, kitchenware stockists, department store distributors, electrical contractors, hardware suppliers, and commercial bulk buyers operating within India.
• Business Verification Details: Registrants must provide accurate commercial credentials, including legal business name, registered address, valid mobile number, authorized contact person name, and GST Identification Number (GSTIN) or relevant trade documentation.
• Account Credentials & Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting unauthorized access. All orders placed using your authorized credentials shall be deemed authorized and binding upon your enterprise.
• Account Suspension: K-WINS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing inaccurate GST details, fraudulent information, or engaging in practices violating fair commercial trade ethics.

2. B2B Ordering, Packaging & Pricing Tiers

Orders placed on kwinsindia.com are subject to factory production and standardized B2B packaging rules:

• Standardized Packaging (Master Cartons & Inner Packs): To optimize shipping logistics and protect item integrity during transit, products are sold strictly in full Master Carton (MC) multiples or Inner Pack (iPack) units as specified on individual product listings. Order quantities must meet the minimum carton/pack thresholds.
• Wholesale Pricing & Taxes: Base prices displayed on the portal represent factory-direct B2B trade prices. All listed prices are exclusive of applicable statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST). Appropriate GST rates (e.g., standard rates under applicable electrical or kitchenware HSN chapters) are computed and added at checkout.
• Volume Discount Tiers: Dynamic high-volume discount tiers (e.g., 50+ cartons, 100+ cartons) are computed automatically at checkout across eligible carton quantities in your order.
• Order Acceptance & Commodity Price Revisions: Prices are subject to revision prior to order confirmation in the event of major commodity price shifts in raw materials (such as electrolytic copper, engineering polycarbonate, brass, stainless steel, and virgin food-grade polymers). An automated order receipt does not constitute final binding acceptance until confirmed by our sales division.

3. Payment Terms & Cashfree Gateway

We offer secure digital payment solutions tailored for B2B transactions through our official payment gateway partner:

• Payment Gateway Integration: Online transactions are secured and processed through Cashfree Payments India Private Limited("Cashfree"), an RBI-authorized payment aggregator complying with PCI-DSS standards.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Buyers can complete payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and Net Banking across major Indian commercial banks via the Cashfree Payment Gateway.
• Pre-Dispatch Clearance: Dispatch of goods occurs upon complete payment confirmation received through the Cashfree Payment Gateway.
• Tax Invoices & HSN Codes: A valid tax invoice containing your GSTIN and appropriate HSN codes (Chapter 85 for electrical accessories; Chapters 39, 73, 82 for kitchenware tools, cutlery, and utility items) will be issued electronically and dispatched with the physical shipment for input tax credit (ITC) claims.

4. Shipping & Logistics Policy

K-WINS coordinates wholesale freight logistics through trusted surface transport and courier carriers across India:

• Dispatch Origin & Timeline: Orders are dispatched from our factory at GUNDASARA, Rajkot, Gujarat within 2 to 4 business days following payment confirmation.
• Destination City Courier / Transport Delivery:Shipments are booked to the nearest local courier or transport service branch in the dealer's city (determined by the PIN Code entered at checkout).
• Freight Charges (To-Pay Basis):Freight and shipping charges are NOT collected on kwinsindia.com during checkout. All transportation charges must be paid directly by the dealer/buyer to the courier or transport service at the time of collecting the consignment ("Freight To-Pay").
• Delivery Inspection & Transit Claims: The receiver must inspect outer carton seals upon collection. Any damaged or crushed master cartons must be noted on the Transporter Lorry Receipt (LR) copy and reported to K-WINS within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

As an established manufacturer, K-WINS guarantees structural, mechanical, and electrical quality under the following policy:

• Manufacturing Defect Coverage: Products exhibiting verified factory defects (e.g., electrical conductivity faults, terminal issues, molding imperfections, or structural defects in kitchenware tools) are eligible for replacement under our standard manufacturer warranty.
• Claim Procedure: Defect or transit damage claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery by emailing clear photos, video evidence, batch numbers, and invoice copies to support@kwinsindia.com or contacting +91 93134 95755.
• Non-Returnable Items: Due to wholesale trade pricing, non-defective merchandise, opened/partially used master cartons, or customized orders cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.
• Refund Processing:Approved refunds for verified shortages or defective units will be processed back via Cashfree to the original payment source or credited to the dealer's trade account within 5 to 7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property on kwinsindia.com remains the exclusive property of K-WINS:

• Trademarks & Brand Assets:"K-WINS," "K-Win Enterprise," "Premier Plastic," brand logos, product names, proprietary molds, technical specifications, and website graphics are protected intellectual property assets.
• Limited Dealer License: Authorized dealers are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use official K-WINS product images and descriptions solely for advertising and reselling genuine K-WINS goods.
• Prohibited Uses: Re-branding, unbranded re-packaging, unauthorized trademark registration, or copying product catalog assets for competing products is strictly prohibited under Indian Intellectual Property laws.

7. Product Safety, Proper Use & Limitation of Liability

Our liability regarding product usage is governed by division-specific safety guidelines and statutory standards:

• Electrical Accessories Safety: All K-WINS electrical accessories must be installed by certified electrical personnel in compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), National Electrical Code (NEC), and Indian Electricity Rules. K-WINS is not liable for issues arising from improper wiring, line overloading, or unauthorized product modifications.
• Kitchenware Products Safety: Kitchenware items are manufactured using high-grade, food-contact safe materials and stainless steel components. They must be utilized strictly for their intended culinary and domestic/commercial purposes in accordance with normal handling practices.
• Exclusion of Consequential Loss: K-WINS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from improper site installation, external power surges, or unauthorized product misuse.
• Maximum Liability Cap:In all circumstances, K-WINS' aggregate financial liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the actual invoice price paid for the specific affected batch of products.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, order contracts, and any legal disputes arising out of your commercial dealings with K-WINS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, action, or legal proceeding relating to these Terms or purchases made on kwinsindia.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
